Q1: How to wash the product?

A1: We do not recommend washing with water.

Q2: How to customize the style of the product?

A2: You can send samples to us or provide information such as product size, materials, and Pantone color numbers. We will then produce custom-made products for you based on your requirements.

Q3: About the packaging details?

A3: Well packed!

Q4: How to return a product if it has quality problems or if I received the wrong product?

A4: Within 36 hours of receiving the delivery, please send us photos of the goods and explain the reasons for the return. After review, we will arrange for you to return or exchange the goods.

United States: 13-23 days/Canada: 16-28 days/Australia: 12-22 days/Europe: 10-22 days/Southeast Asia: 8-18 days
